- Plumbers — company holding an RBQ licence and member of the CMMTQ
- Roofers — roof replacement and repair
- Paving and concrete — installing and restoring driveways, interlocking pavers and low walls
- Locksmithing and security systems — company holding the required licence from the Bureau de la sécurité privée
- Insulation and caulking
- Lawn and pool maintenance

Our requirements, for all trades:
- a valid RBQ licence for the work involved (and, depending on the trade, CMEQ or CMMTQ membership, or a licence from the Bureau de la sécurité privée);
- an up-to-date CNESST certificate of compliance;
- a Revenu Québec attestation for any contract of $25,000 or more;
- civil liability insurance of at least $2 million;
- keeping the appointments confirmed with the client;
- before and after photos for every job;
- using our web app for your appointments, your quotes and the follow-up of every job (access provided).
